March – mid

This is about the third post I have written for March – Its been a funny old month and every time I have written something – life has thrown a curve ball and not really made what I have written relevant…

So… I am running very behind on all the Autumn and Early Spring grow alongs – the seeds are very few and far between… and of course this year with the allotment I have a ton of space to put everyting…

WHY AM I BEHIND…

This mainly runs to my health – I was diagnosed in Feb with Low Thyroid (I will write about this in a separate section and link) – I actually let it get very bad before I went to see the DR – lots of what now I realise were VERY silly reasons – I thought I was being a flake… and making it up – lazy and pathetic, I wasn’t – Lots of people very well meaning kept telling me I had menopause I just believed this…? even though most of my symptoms if any to be truthful didn’t really run true to this…) and then of course the age old – oh yeah I feel like this – its the result of the last 2 years… eventually I had no choice I was feeling so bad I needed some help of some description… DR I must go…

FAST FORWARD

I made myself a PROMISE – that I have to say I have stuck to very well with only a few moments here and there – NO OVERWHELM this year no matter what… I refuse to let that feeling take over and paralyse me… Generally I am wining.

But I am still behind with seed sowing this is just a fact.

Since overwhelm, crying, and feeling sorry for my self are NOT an option – I just keep writing a list and ticking things off when I can.

I have sown what I have so far and now I am just going to try to sow as much as possible within the next month… everything will have 2 chances grow or not… and It will give me an idea for years to come what worked for me and what didn’t…
